Yesterday's post regarding Andrew Sasson and the Light Group's Spa Lofts mid rise condo project in southwest Las Vegas touched upon amazing condo opportunities in the Las Vegas area. While interesting deals are surfacing around the entire valley, I'm most excited about what's happening in Downtown Las Vegas, specifically the Union Park project. Readers of this blog know full well how bullish we are regarding downtown Las Vegas revitalization and the true real estate bargains the everyday average investor can take advantage of in that area right now.Still don't believe me? Have a look at this article in yesterday's Las Vegas Review Journal. What's the definition of insanity? Doing the same things over and over again and expecting different results. Well the folks over at Newland Communities are finally doing something different with the Union Park 61 acre downtown site - and it's working! Trust me when I tell you this: between what's happening with the potential of Union Park combined with the already proven success of the World Market Center, visionary investors are being presented with a downtown Las Vegas opportunity right now that I'm sure will make everyone who's smart enough to get in now, EXTREMELY happy (and profitable) in the very near future.
